The golf tournament is held at Lexington Golf Club on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. You can sponsor the tournament individually or become a tournament sponsor! Decide how you would like to sponsor and sign up by filling out the form below. Once you fill out the form, please click the PAY NOW option to complete your sponsorship. 100% of the proceeds from this year's tournament will go to benefit our Forward in Faith building campaign. Heritage Hole Sponsorship:$100 (yard sign at a hole on the course)  
Hole Sponsorship:$150 (yard sign at a hole on the course)
Patriot Package:   $1,000 (one team of four; hole sponsorship; mulligan package for all golfers)
Front Nine Sponsor:      $1500 (large signage on hole 10, 2 teams of four including mulligan packages for all golfers)
Back Nine Sponsor:      $1500 (large signage on hole 10, 2 teams of four including mulligan packages for all golfers
